Telehealth/Mobile Services
We offer innovative ways to receive care. If you live in the Boulder or Denver Metro areas, we can come to you. Some restrictions may apply.
Well Child, Sports and School physicals.
For ages 5-18, we can provide school, sport and well child physicals. Urgent visits ad triage for members only.
Office Procedures
Coming soon. Wart removal, ear cleaning, incision and drainage of abscesses, simple laceration suturing and wound care soon to be available.
Consultations and Triage
Not sure what you need, can schedule an appointment to figure it out. Members get access to triage services to see if this problem may need a higher level of care.
Medication Management
Chronic Disease Medication adjustment, refills and or monitoring. Yearly prescriptions members or for a quick 3 month supply, we can help.
Case Management Solutions
We create individualized treatment plans that are evidence based and fit your specific needs. Members will get case management services to help navigate a complicated health care system.
